·Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant - Worked as construction inspector/owner represenitive during construction phase of the construction of a 17MGD wastewater plant, monitoring contractors for correct installation per specifications and contract documents. Coordinated with contractors and local utility groups to inspect the installation of underground utilities and piping, inspected backfills, concrete quality and all civil, mechanical and electrical aspect of the project.
